Make A Payment

To make a payment online, click the MAKE PAYMENT button below where you’ll be taken to our secure payment system and enter your payment amount. Please remember to include the $1.00 transaction fee to your total. Be sure to enter your Customer ID (customer code). We do not take American Express credit cards. We now offer Recurring Credit Card Payments – please call our office to set up.

Credit Card Payments

You can make a credit card payment above or call our office (803) 285-1422. There is a $1.00 transaction fee to make a payment with a credit card.

Credit card payments made via our website, should be made by 3:30 pm in order to be posted to your account the same day. Please do not wait until the day of your scheduled pickup to pay a past due invoice. Our driver route sheets are completed the night before the next day’s pick-ups. If your account is past due we will not pick up your garbage. There is a $25 charge for a return pickup.


Invoices are due 15 days from the date of the invoice. Invoices that have not been paid after 30 days will be considered Past Due. We will make every attempt to notify you when your account becomes past due. Please make sure our office has your correct contact information on file.

Unless you cancel your service and our container has been picked up, your account is still open and charges are still recurring.

If you reactivate your service after your container has been picked up, there will be a $25.00 charge to redeliver another container.

If you cancel your service before your quarter is complete, to go with a competitor, we will not offer any refunds.
